Bill started his career as a telephone operator at the Hyatt Key West and worked for Hyatt in various roles for 16 years such as Director of Housekeeping, Director of Front Office, Director of Revenue, Rooms Executive at different properties such as Park Hyatt Beaver Creek in Vail Colorado, Maui, Milwaukee, San Antonio, Dallas, and Boston. He left Hyatt and started working for Kimpton Hotels for 14 years as General Manager. The first 3 years were in Boston at the Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge MA and the last 11 years were in NYC at the 70 Park Avenue Hotel and The Muse Hotel in Times Square. After Kimpton, Bill traveled the world starting in Montreal and went on to London, Paris, Prague, Berlin, Moscow, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Vallarta for a year and got back a few months before the first round of Covid hit. After waiting out Covid for about a year and a half he was offered the position at Copper Valley to bring everything together and essentially try and help turn it into a vacation destination by opening up the hotel, tying in the bungalows, opening the pool, meeting venue’s, bringing the Town Square together among a number of other things currently in the works for Copper Valley.
