Frank is a successful entrepreneur, chamber board member, elected chamber board chair, and chamber President/CEO. He has worked with hundreds of chambers over the past 12 years on strategic planning, board retreats, orientations, social media, digital marketing, and technology. He has a degree in finance and an MBA. He is a graduate of the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.) Academy program.

He has served as faculty of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and the Academy program. Frank is the author of three books. He enjoys a good game of poker and loves to fish.
