Chamber Night at the Fair on Thursday!
You are invited to join all local business people, and Chamber Members too, to the Chamber of Commerce Preview Night at the Calaveras County Fair’s Ranch House this Thursday, May 9th starting at 5:30 pm.
This is a special evening planned by the Fair Staff and Friends of the Fair for all local business people and Chamber Members. The fun will take place in the Ranch House on the lower fairgrounds.
Mokelumne Hill hosts the Mixer this Thursday!
The businesses of Mokelumne Hill will host the monthly Chamber Mixer this Thursday, April 2th starting at 5:30. Start at the Hotel Leger, visit with the Glass Doctor and Mokelumne Hill Nuts all while enjoying the wines of Renegade Winery and plan to end at the Petroglyphe Gallery for dessert.
I hope to see you there! To find the fun, take highway 49 north, turn right onto Main Street Mokelumne Hill. Park and enjoy the evening!
Meet newly elected State Assemblyman Frank Bigelow
The Chamber of Commerce will host a Meet & Greet Reception for Assemblyman Frank Bigelow on Friday, April 12th from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Red Barn Museum in San Andreas. This event is open to the public. Frank Bigelow was elected to the State Assembly last November and now represents Calaveras County. He will be meeting people and hearing about their concerns at this reception. Please plan to join us. The Red Barn Museum is located on Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas. Wine and light refreshments will be served.
Chamber Mixer and Golf!!
Next Thursday, March 28th, 2013, the CaddyShack at Greenhorn Creek will host the March Chamber of Commerce Mixer starting at 5:30. Greenhorn Creek Golf is offering a Golf Special for those attending the Chamber Mixer; 9 holes for $20.00 starting at 3:00 pm for those attending the Mixer. Just mention this special at the Pro Shop to receive this great value. There will also be a Horshoe contest at the CaddyShack and local wines and appetizers. All local business people are invited to attend. It is a great way to network and promote your business.
You can find the Caddy Shack just off Mc Cauley Ranch Road. From Greenhorn Creek Road in Angels Camp, turn right onto McCauley Ranch Road, then take a left into the entrance to the Driving Range parking lot but just keep headed straight ahead to the CaddyShack. Cancer Center Grand Opening next Tuesday – You’re Invited!
Mark Twain Medical Center and the Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce invite you to the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the new Cancer Center on the Mark Twain Medical Center Campus.
The Grand Opening will take place next Tuesday, March 19th from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Cancer Center, 700 Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas. You will have an opportunity to tour the facility and meet Dr. Rob D’Aquisto and the staff.
Light refreshments and local wines will be served. This event is open to the public.

Hovey Wines opened this beautiful new Tasting Room earlier this year and has experienced great success with their wines and the beautiful tasting room. The Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce will host a Meet the Candidates Forum tonight (Wednesday, Sept 26th) in Mokelumne Hill at the Town Hall for the two Supervisor Candidates; Bryce Randall and Chris Wright staring at 6:30. Come and join us and bring your questions for the candidates. Following the question and answer period, you will have the opportunity to mingle with the candidates. This Forum is open to the public.
