All chemicals used are billed at prevailing rates and are documented weekly.

Pool Filters are monitored weekly and cleaned at additional cost. We use a 7 Psi Rise as a parameter which is normally every 6 months, however high debris pools and small filters have to be cleaned more often.

Filter cleaning pricing is based on the size of the filter. Starting at just $70.

Pool Sweep and Timer are required in order to start service.

Black Algae is not covered under any of our pool service contracts, it is caused by holes in the plaster surface. Treatment can be provided at an additional cost.
