We're making flu shots easy and accessible! Open to everyone in our community. Our mobile clinic will be traveling to Rail Road Flat Community and Blue Mountain Coalition.
Flu vaccines for Native patients, children under 18, Medi-cal and Medicare patients.
Please bring proof of insurance and identification. Onsite registration for MACT services will also be available.
