This year, we're coming together to support the incredible non-profits that make Calaveras County stronger. Every ticket purchased and auction item won will directly benefit the organizations represented, with proceeds shared among them. Whether you're passionate about community development, education, or environmental preservation, your contribution will make a real impact. Let's give back and create positive change—together!
How it Works
For Attendees:
Join us for a fun-filled evening to support local non-profits! Ticket includes live music, a delicious Luau dinner, free drink tickets, and a chance to win exciting prizes. Not only will you enjoy a fantastic evening, but you'll also be helping to raise funds for Calaveras County non-profits that do incredible work in our community.
There’s no cost to participate for non-profits, and all non-profits represented at the event will receive a share of the funds raised!
It’s a great way to support your cause and connect with the community. Don’t miss this chance to represent your non-profit without any upfront costs.
We’re inviting all Calaveras County non-profits to participate in our Giving Tuesday event—completely FREE of charge! This is your opportunity to be represented and benefit from a portion of the proceeds generated from ticket sales, auction items, and raffle ticket income.

Headlining Sponsor: $5000 Make it possible for the Calaveras Chamber to offer this event at a significantly lowered cost to attendees! What you have provided for this event will be advertised/marketed. Name/Business (logo) will be listed/linked on all marketing materials (i.e. flyers, ticket stubs, social media posts, etc.) as the Headlining Sponsor. A full-page advertisement feature in the Calaveras Chamber Plaid Pages Name/Business (logo) will be featured on the Calaveras Chamber website, event page, and digital calendar as the Headlining Sponsor. A full feature article newsletter will be provided about you and your business Sign with Business/Name (logo) will be displayed at event. Booth space will be provided for sponsors to speak with attendees before/after speakers and announcements as the Event Sponsor. Champion Sponsor: $3000 Make it possible for the Calaveras Chamber to offer this event at Early Bird Pricing only. What you have provided for this event will be advertised/marketed. Name/Business (logo) will be listed/linked on all marketing materials (i.e. flyers, ticket stubs, social media posts, etc.) as the Champion Sponsor. A full-page advertisement feature in the Calaveras Chamber Plaid Pages Name/Business (logo) will be featured on the Calaveras Chamber website, event page, and digital calendar as the Event Sponsor. A full feature article newsletter will be provided about you and your business Booth space will be provided for sponsors to speak with attendees before/after speakers and announcements as the Champion Sponsor. Sign with Business/Name (logo) will be displayed at event. Tickets for 4 employees/guests are included for your sponsorship as the Event Sponsor.
Provisionary Sponsor: $2000 Make it possible for the Calaveras Chamber to pay for all the attendee's meals! What you have provided for this event will be advertised/marketed. Name/Business (logo) will be listed/linked on all marketing materials (i.e. flyers, ticket stubs, social media posts, etc.) as a Provisionary Sponsor. A half-page advertisement feature in the Calaveras Chamber Plaid Pages Name/Business (logo) will be featured on the Calaveras Chamber website, event page, and digital calendar as a Provisionary Sponsor. Booth space will be provided for sponsors to speak with attendees before/after speakers and announcements as a Provisionary Sponsor. Tickets for 4 employees/guests are included for your sponsorship as a Provisionary Sponsorship.
Advocate Sponsor: $1000 What you have provided for this event will be advertised/marketed. Name/Business (logo) will be listed/linked on all marketing materials (i.e. flyers, ticket stubs, social media posts, etc.) as a Pillar Sponsor. A half-page advertisement feature in the Calaveras Chamber Plaid Pages Booth space will be provided for sponsors to speak with attendees before/after speakers and announcements as a Pillar Sponsor. Tickets for 2 employees/guests are included for your sponsorship as a Pillar Sponsor.
Supporting Sponsor: $500 Name/Business (logo) will be listed/linked on all marketing materials (i.e. flyers, ticket stubs, social media posts, etc.) as a Sponsor. Name/Business (logo) will be featured on your table, the Calaveras Chamber website, event page, and digital calendar as a Sponsor. Tickets for 2 employees/guests are included for your sponsorship as a Sponsor.
Friend of the Chamber: $250 Name/Business (logo) will be listed/linked on all marketing materials (i.e. flyers, ticket stubs, social media posts, etc.) as a Sponsor. Tickets for 2 employees/guests are included for your sponsorship as a Sponsor.
